STEP -1 Drink 4 to 8 glasses of lukewarm water in a sitting position.

VAJRASANA (वज्रासन): – This asana is very useful in acidity. In this posture, we can sit after lunch and dinner because it improves our digestive system. We can also do meditation and some other Pranayam in this posture like Kapaal Bhati, Anulom Vilom, Bhastrika, Agnisar pranayam, etc.
PAVANMUKTHASANA (पवनमुक्तासन):- It also helps to overcome acidity and improves our gastric and constipation problems. By compressing our intestines, pancreas, gallbladder, etc. in the lower abdomen, our lower back is strengthened.
SHEETLY – SHEETKARI PARNAYAM:- Sheetly Pranayam is performed by breathing through our teeth, holding for some time, then stopping the right nostril with the thumb of the right hand. Then, release the left nostril.
In Sheetkari Pranayam we breathe through folded tongue then hold it for some time then stop the right side nose nostril with the right hand thumb and release from the left nose nostril.
Some other pranayam and yoga poses are Kapal Bhati pranayam, Ushtrasana, Halasana, Paschimottanasana etc.
